By now, every girl you see in this video should officially be back in school 📚💕🙏🏾 walking into a new year with new goals, new opportunities and, we pray, a reminder that she is supported, capable and equipped to Be More.

As we look back at the 4th Annual Belles Back to School Conference, we’re reminded of the GOOD happening right here in Baltimore. More than 150 girls registered from 30+ schools across Baltimore City and County, coming together in a safe space created intentionally for them to learn, connect, be poured into and prepare for the school year ahead.

But for us, quantity is one thing. Quality is another.

Our goal has never been simply to fill a room. It is to create an environment where girls feel seen, safe, celebrated, challenged and loved 💕 while equipping them with practical tools to navigate their mental wellness, relationships, conflict, health, goals and future with confidence.

None of this happens alone. WE did that! ✔️

To every speaker who poured into our girls, every volunteer who served, every community partner who contributed in any way, every board member who helped carry the vision, every parent who trusted us, and every supporter who donated to the cause: thank you. 💜

If you are part of this community, be proud. You are helping girls in Baltimore & beyond Be More, See More and Do More.

And the impact doesn’t stop when the conference ends.

When we create safe spaces for girls to thrive, we empower them to walk back into their schools, homes and communities and inspire another girl to believe that she can Be More, too.

Today, girls from 30+ schools all across Baltimore City + County walked into their schools and we are so excited knowing that they entered this school year with their heads high and hearts full. 🫶🏽

Just days ago, Baltimore girls in grades 6–12 alongside women entrepreneurs, therapists, doctors, leaders, mentors, speakers and volunteers who intentionally poured into them and helped prepare them for this moment.

We talked confidence. Mental wellness. Purpose. Healthy choices. Conflict resolution. Growth. Goals. And what it means to navigate another school year while continuing to become the young women they are called to be.

Today, is the start of new beginnings and an opportunity to put it into practice. 💕

To EVERY girl starting a new school year: walk in confidently. Give yourself room to grow. Set the goals. Make the memories. Ask for help when you need it. Be kind. Be bold. Be a leader and never be afraid to BE MORE. 💕

Here is how you can be a part:

💜 BECOME A BELLE
Be More Belles gives girls the opportunity to experience mentorship and sisterhood outside of their usual circles. Through workshops, exposure experiences, community service, leadership opportunities and so much more, we create space for girls to grow, explore and Be More.

💕 BECOME A BADDIE BIG SISTER
If you have a heart to serve and want to inspire the next generation of well-rounded women, we invite you to apply to join the sisterhood as a mentor. You don’t have to have all the answers... you just have to be willing to be present, consistent and cool (in your own way). 💕

🎤 POUR INTO OUR BELLES
Have a story, skill, career, expertise or experience that could expose our girls to what’s possible? We’re also looking for speakers, workshop facilitators and women willing to share their gifts with our Belles throughout the program year.

This is more than a mentoring program. This is a sisterhood of women and girls who desire to Be More.

Because confidence is also having access to the essentials you need to feel clean, comfortable, and cared for. 🧼

At our 4th Annual Belles Back to School Conference, every girl had the opportunity to shop our Hygiene Boutique and take home products to support her as she heads into the new school year (at no cost.)🧴🫧💗

This was only possible because of your generosity! Our community partners, individual donors, and Belles families who showed up BIG with hygiene donations.

A special thank you to @baltimorehungerproject for helping us stock the boutique with pads and tampons for every Baltimore girl in attendance. This helped to make sure our @bemorebelles were supported with abundance.

They took prayer out of the schools but we would never stop praying for our students and community. For us, we do the work but we also pray. We create a safe space where girls can be more and in the moments where they fell less than, they can be reminded of who they were created to be.

There’s so much going on in Baltimore. Girls and women are being negatively impacted. We will not just observe on the sidelines. We will prepare our girls for back to school, pray and continue doing the work all year long.

We’re excited to introduce some of the incredible Baddies who will be leading the Belles at the 4th Annual Be More Belles Back to School Conference! 📚 💕

Under our theme, Head High, Heart Full: Mindset, Motivation & Mental Health, these speakers will bring real conversations, practical tools, resources and inspiration to help our girls step into the new school year with confidence and purpose.

And while today we’re celebrating our speakers, they are just one part of the village showing up for our girls. 💜

Our incredible board members, volunteers, mentors, community partners and supporters will also be in the room … each playing a role in creating a safe, empowering and unforgettable experience for every Baltimore Belle.

Under our theme, Head High, Heart Full: Mindset, Motivation & Mental Health, these speakers will bring real conversations, practical tools, resources and inspiration to help our girls step into the new school year with confidence and purpose.

And while today we’re celebrating our speakers, they are just one part of the village showing up for our girls. 💜
