OUR MISSION
To empower boss women and inspire young girls to Be More...
BE MORE BELLES
Founded in 2015, Be More Belles is a mentoring program for teen girls in Baltimore, Maryland that focuses on education, etiquette, and exposure.
Belles are the reason why this organization exists. We believe that with the proper resources and exposure, we can develop Belles into women who will refuse to settle for mediocrity, break stereotypes and inspire others to Be More.
BE MORE BADDIES
Be More Baddies are the ideal women.
Together we are goal oriented, educated, bosses, wives, entrepreneurs, mentors, believers, fashionistas, mothers and much more.
Through events, we provide experiences that empower Baddies to believe more, support each other’s endeavors, and evolve into the women that God created us to Be.
Without a doubt, you can sit with us at our favorite womens event, The Baddies Annual Gathering !

OUR FOUNDER
Known for her faith, fashion, and fiery personality, Necole Jackson continues to redefine what it means to Be More. As the Founder and Executive Director of Be More Baddies, Inc., Necole has turned her passion for empowerment, sisterhood, and service into a movement that inspires women and girls to walk boldly in purpose. Her motto, “Why be less, when you can be more?”, remains the heartbeat of everything she does.
A proud Howard University graduate and the first in her family to earn a college degree, Necole has dedicated her life to creating opportunities that uplift, educate, and empower others. Since founding Be More Baddies in 2017, she has led with intention, building spaces that foster sisterhood, scholarship, and service.
Through her signature Be More Belles Mentoring Program, girls from across the region are invited to be part of a movement grounded in character, confidence, and Christ. The program focuses on developing young women holistically through mentorship, workshops, and community engagement.
Following the success of the Unleashed Conference, which welcomed over 200 girls annually in Baltimore, Necole introduced the Belles Back to School Brunch in 2022. This empowering event inspires girls to start each school year with their heads high and hearts full, covering topics like mental health, time management, and personal branding. Be More Baddies partners with women leaders, community organizations, and local businesses to ensure every experience is rich in connection and impact.
The organization’s signature women’s event, the Baddies Annual Gathering, celebrates sisterhood, spirituality, and success, bringing together ambitious women who are committed to becoming their best selves.
As she prepares to celebrate 10 years of mentoring in 2026, Necole remains devoted to creating opportunities that empower women and girls to live with purpose, walk in confidence, and always choose to Be More.
