OUR MISSION
To empower boss women and inspire young girls to Be More...
BE MORE BELLES
Founded in 2015, Be More Belles is a mentoring program for teen girls in Baltimore, Maryland that focuses on education, etiquette, and exposure.
Belles are the reason why this organization exists. We believe that with the proper resources and exposure, we can develop Belles into women who will refuse to settle for mediocrity, break stereotypes and inspire others to Be More.
BE MORE BADDIES
Be More Baddies are the ideal women.
Together we are goal oriented, educated, bosses, wives, entrepreneurs, mentors, believers, fashionistas, mothers and much more.
Through events, we provide experiences that empower Baddies to believe more, support each other’s endeavors, and evolve into the women that God created us to Be.
Without a doubt, you can sit with us at our favorite event, #BaddiesWhoBrunch!

OUR FOUNDER
Known for her faith, fashion, and fiery personality, Necole Jackson uses every opportunity to redefine her brand, Be More Baddie. Her motto has always been “Why be less, when you can be more?” With that in mind, she became a member of the illustrious organization, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. while attending Howard University, becoming the first college graduate in her family in 2012. Whether maximizing her leadership skillset during the day as a young professional, mentoring young girls in her community, or planning impactful events for boss women, Necole uses her passion for philanthropy, sisterhood and event planning to raise the standard of what it means to be a woman of excellence. Now, living out her purpose as the Founder of Be More Baddies, Inc., Necole is committed to providing opportunities for education, empowerment, exposure and etiquette to women and girls in her community & beyond. Established in 2017, Be More Baddies is founded on the belief that with proper resources and opportunities, the sky is the limit for those who believe.
Be More Baddies has been successful in continuously giving back to the community and uniquely uplifting women and girls in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, DC. Necole’s most anticipated event, Baddies Who Brunch, is an example of the passion, attention to detail, and divine intention that she puts into every project. Whether partnering with Baltimore City Public Schools to mentor students through her program, Be More Belles or hosting over 200 girls for the Annual Unleashed Conferences in Baltimore, MD for the last three years, Necole firmly believes that her purpose is bigger than her. She is committed to breaking society’s norms and providing women and girls everywhere with the proper exposure to empower them to Be More.
